Filling out your Enrollment Form is one of TWO steps. You will need to pay your Yearly Family Enrollment Fee to complete your registration. Payment will be required at the end this form and to submit your completed form. If you do not complete the payment, your enrollment will NOT be approved.

Payment Instructions

We are happy you have decided to join Alternate Community Education, LLC (ACE). The Yearly Family Enrollment Fee will be applied to the August 2024 - May 2025 School Year. In order to join you must complete the following TWO steps"

Please note: We do NOT issue refunds for the Yearly Family Enrollment Fee for any reason, regardless if you request a refund before the Enrollment year begins. By enrolling, you are agreeing to this term.

 Complete this Enrollment form, agreeing to all terms. Failure to agree to ALL terms, will result in your application being denied. 

STEP 2: PAY YOUR FAMILY ENROLLMENT FEE

Enrollment is $50.00 per family, per year. This amount is NOT prorated. 

Enrollment fees are NON-Refundable, no exceptions!
